Requirements
- Ability to lead and mentor software developers.
- Ability to manage and deliver projects end-to-end from planning through launch.
- Strong understanding of .NET Core.
- Strong proficiency and fluency in C# and T-SQL.
- Experience with Single-Page Application Architectures (especially React).
- Ability to design efficient distributed systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Experience with RESTful API development using gRPC or ASP.NET Web API.
- Experience with MS SQL Server 2016+, CosmosDB, and Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container technologies like Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently develop new software based on requirements while following best practices for security and performance.
- Lead and participate in sprint processes including planning, grooming, retrospectives, and scrums.
- Assume ownership of work developed by team members and provide technical guidance.
- Manage project lifecycles from planning and development through testing and launch.
- Maintain and improve the performance and quality of existing software programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review requirements and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code compatibility and stability.
- Provide 3rd level emergency support to maintain site operations.
