Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in Golang.
- Experience with web services and REST API development.
- Comfort working in early-stage product environments where requirements evolve rapidly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Based in the US and available to work on US hours.
Responsibilities
- Own and ship high-impact features end-to-end, from technical design through production.
- Work directly with nurses, pharmacy partners, and internal ops to understand real pain points and build solutions.
- Set a high technical bar through design reviews, code review, and hands-on execution.
- Identify and drive technical initiatives around code quality, observability, and testing.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete engineering plans.
- Collaborate across functions and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders about tradeoffs and timelines.
