Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in CS, MIS, or STEM field.
- 5+ years of related professional experience in production web applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (PHP, Python, Java, Go, or similar).
- Experience building responsive or mobile-first web experiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and integrating server-side APIs.
- Experience working in a self-driven, lean environment.
- Strong communication skills for synchronous and asynchronous collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and delivery for medium complexity initiatives.
- Develop and improve mobile web product experiences for a global, multilingual audience.
- Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs from schema design through to monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and mobile engineers to shape solutions.
- Identify high-impact technical opportunities and risks to align team goals.
- Mentor team members through code reviews, design pairing, and delegation.
- Foster team standards in testing, documentation, accessibility, and observability.
