Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar technical presales role.
- Proven experience in sales and explaining complex product benefits to customers.
- Ability to handle sales objections and achieve the technical win.
- Strong Java programming skills.
- Deep understanding of how software, cloud services, and enterprise systems work.
- Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (native or C1/C2 proficiency).
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with prospects to understand business objectives and technical needs, translating them into tailored Camunda solutions.
- Conduct compelling technical presentations and demonstrations for diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Lead the design and implementation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase product effectiveness.
- Formulate strategic adoption roadmaps aligned with the prospect’s vision to drive value at scale.
- Partner with cross-functional sales teams to provide technical expertise and ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
- Convey client feedback to product management and engineering to inform product enhancements.
