Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- At least 1–2 years of experience managing and developing other product managers.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple squads or a product pillar.
- Deep fluency in the product operating model.
- Proven ability to set and communicate strategy in ambiguous situations.
- Strong bias to action and ability to balance short-term momentum with long-term vision.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience leading consumer-facing product development for native iOS and Android apps.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for an early-stage app within the MyFitnessPal portfolio.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers, coaching them through discovery and delivery.
- Champion a culture of continuous discovery using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market functions.
- Set and communicate strategy across the product organization and to senior leadership.
- Ensure accountability for measurable product outcomes and pillar performance.
- Contribute to the evolution of the product operating model.
