Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or a related customer-facing SaaS role.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of juggling multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Comfortable using CRM and support tools like HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, or Gorgias.
  • Ability to operate independently in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide new merchants through onboarding, including setup and product configuration.
  • Support customer adoption of tools across order tracking, returns, loyalty, and retention.
  • Manage a portfolio of SMB merchants as their primary point of contact.
  • Monitor account health, product usage, and churn signals to ensure customer success.
  • Resolve customer issues by triaging and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Capture customer feedback and competitive insights to inform product roadmaps.
