Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or a related customer-facing SaaS role.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of juggling multiple accounts and priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM and support tools like HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, or Gorgias.
- Ability to operate independently in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide new merchants through onboarding, including setup and product configuration.
- Support customer adoption of tools across order tracking, returns, loyalty, and retention.
- Manage a portfolio of SMB merchants as their primary point of contact.
- Monitor account health, product usage, and churn signals to ensure customer success.
- Resolve customer issues by triaging and collaborating with internal teams.
- Capture customer feedback and competitive insights to inform product roadmaps.
