Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Customer Success role.
  • Experience with B2B software.
  • Experience with Customer Support tools such as Zendesk or Intercom.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and balance various tasks effectively.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technological challenges and decisions.
  • Interest in modern telecommunications challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships from post-sales kickoff, through implementation, and beyond.
  • Host regular meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction and maximum value add from the product.
  • Work closely with program management, migration, and solutions engineering teams to oversee implementation processes.
  • Provide customized training to customers on product modules.
  • Identify ways to improve customer success operations with a focus on AI adoption.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive customer-facing documentation, including knowledge base articles, videos, and user guides.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, collaborating with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
