Requirements
- 2+ years in a Customer Success role.
- Experience with B2B software.
- Experience with Customer Support tools such as Zendesk or Intercom.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and balance various tasks effectively.
- Ability to understand and articulate technological challenges and decisions.
- Interest in modern telecommunications challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from post-sales kickoff, through implementation, and beyond.
- Host regular meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction and maximum value add from the product.
- Work closely with program management, migration, and solutions engineering teams to oversee implementation processes.
- Provide customized training to customers on product modules.
- Identify ways to improve customer success operations with a focus on AI adoption.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive customer-facing documentation, including knowledge base articles, videos, and user guides.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, collaborating with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
