Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, LLM-based applications, or agentic systems.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Located in the US within the PST region.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, PyTorch), JavaScript (React, Node.js), and Go.
- Experience with Linux/Ubuntu, Docker, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of server hardware, network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, DNS), and data center components.
- Ability to deploy and manage AI/ML models as services or APIs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in sales meetings to provide architectural recommendations and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues related to performance, compatibility, or code errors.
- Utilize code analysis, scripting, and log analysis to identify root causes of technical challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and support teams to integrate customer feedback and resolve critical tickets.
- Contribute to product development by relaying customer feedback for platform improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and training materials for customers and internal teams.
