Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
  • Strong experience delivering end-to-end technical implementations, from scoping and design through production deployment.
  • Background working with financial services customers in areas such as fraud prevention, credit risk, AML, compliance, or payments.
  • Strong proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and system integration patterns including ETL, event-driven architectures, and cloud data platforms.
  • Ability to read and write SQL and work confidently with data schemas, pipelines, and structured datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools for debugging, prototyping, and workflow automation (e.g., Claude, GPT, Codex, Cursor).
  • Deep understanding of agentic AI concepts such as orchestration, tool use, prompt design, and human-in-the-loop systems.
  • Experience working with JSON, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical solutions and production-ready configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery with customers to understand integration requirements, data architecture, and risk decisioning needs across fraud, credit, and compliance use cases.
  • Design, prototype, and deliver proof-of-concept implementations that demonstrate platform value through real-world workflows and agentic AI solutions.
  • Own end-to-end customer implementations, including integration design, data mapping, workflow configuration, testing, and production go-live support.
  • Configure and optimize AI-driven decisioning systems and agent workflows to align with customer risk models, regulatory constraints, and operational goals.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts, maintaining trusted advisor relationships across engineering, data, and risk stakeholders.
  • Lead technical health reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and proactively drive resolution of escalations with strong ownership.
  • Identify expansion opportunities by mapping customer needs to platform capabilities and partnering with sales teams on upsell strategies.
  • Gather structured product feedback from deployments and contribute to roadmap decisions, best practices, and reusable implementation frameworks.
