Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in SaaS, digital marketing, sales, account management, or business development.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, affiliate management, agency sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media management, paid advertising, website/funnel building, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and support technology-based solutions.
  • Experience using CRM systems and marketing tools, with the ability to adapt to new platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute affiliate recruitment strategies to grow and expand the affiliate program.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential affiliate partners through targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Manage affiliate relationships, ensuring partners are aligned with performance expectations, goals, and contractual commitments.
  • Track affiliate program performance using key growth metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams to create and implement growth initiatives.
  • Build personalized strategies and quarterly plans to help affiliates achieve their targets.
  • Manage affiliate offers, landing pages, and promotional resources to support partner success.
  • Participate in industry events and support event-related activities when required, including occasional travel.
  • Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities that support overall business objectives.
