Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales.
  • Experience within B2C subscription or Fintech industries preferred.
  • Must be an experienced stock investor with a solid understanding of fundamental analysis and portfolio management.
  • Proficiency with affiliate platforms such as Impact.
  • Comfortable adopting and using AI tools for prospecting and monitoring.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Natural relationship-builder capable of turning cold contacts into engaged partners.
  • Persuasive on calls and demos with a focus on commercial outcomes.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage a high-volume inbox and multiple simultaneous conversations.
  • Analytical skills to interpret partner performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Self-directed hustle mentality with a focus on subscriber growth and CAC efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new high-potential partners including affiliates, comparison/review publishers, influencers, and content creators.
  • Nurture and grow existing partners through regular contact, updates, and support to drive subscriber growth.
  • Conduct calls with prospects to demo the product and persuade them to sign on as partners.
  • Own end-to-end outreach including managing high-volume inboxes and maintaining persistent follow-ups.
  • Onboard partners, track performance, and manage payouts using affiliate platforms like Impact.
  • Utilize AI prospecting and monitoring tools to identify, qualify, and prioritize new opportunities at scale.
  • Monitor partner performance against subscriber and CAC targets to optimize channel efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized partner pipeline with clean records and clear status reporting.
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to align affiliate activity with broader marketing campaigns and lifecycle.
