Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales.
  • Background in B2C subscription models or Fintech is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of stock market investing, fundamental analysis, and portfolio management.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact.
  • Proficiency in adopting and utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency and output.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a relationship-builder and closer in commercial sales contexts.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage high-volume inboxes and multiple concurrent conversations.
  • Analytical capability to interpret partner performance data and adjust focus accordingly.
  • Proven ability to work proactively and self-directed in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new high-potential partners including affiliates, influencers, and content creators.
  • Nurture and grow existing partners to drive engagement, activity, and subscriber conversion.
  • Conduct product demos and sales calls to influence prospective partners.
  • Manage end-to-end outreach, follow-ups, and partner onboarding processes.
  • Use affiliate platforms like Impact to track performance, manage payouts, and onboard partners.
  • Leverage AI prospecting and monitoring tools to scale lead generation and prioritization.
  • Monitor partner performance against subscriber and CAC targets to optimize strategies.
  • Maintain an organized partner pipeline with clean records and status reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to align affiliate activity with broader marketing campaigns.
