Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales within B2C subscription, fintech, or digital growth environments.
- Strong understanding of investing fundamentals, with the ability to communicate credibly with finance-focused partners.
- Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact or similar) and familiarity with modern AI-driven prospecting and productivity tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with confidence in outreach, pitching, and negotiation.
- Proven ability to build relationships, convert cold leads into active partners, and close commercial deals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner conversations and maintain a high-activity pipeline.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize partner focus accordingly.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote, globally distributed team.
- Passion for using AI tools to improve efficiency and scale outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential affiliate partners including publishers, influencers, comparison platforms, and content creators aligned with growth objectives.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities, driving conversations from outreach through to signed agreements.
- Conduct partner calls and product demos to communicate value, influence decision-making, and close deals effectively.
- Manage end-to-end outreach and communication workflows, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent movement across the pipeline.
- Onboard partners using affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact), ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and payout configuration.
- Nurture and grow existing partnerships by maintaining regular communication, providing support, and driving performance improvements.
- Monitor partner performance against key metrics such as subscriber growth and acquisition efficiency, optimizing efforts based on results.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align affiliate activity with broader growth campaigns and initiatives.
