Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in contracts management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating SaaS, software subscription, technology, customer, and vendor agreements.
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, Salesforce, or Apttus.
- Ability to independently draft, negotiate, and manage a high volume of complex commercial agreements.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Security, and Legal.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong judgment in balancing commercial objectives with legal and operational risk.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements including SaaS, customer, partner, vendor, and nondisclosure agreements.
- Independently lead negotiations for customer and vendor agreements within established approval frameworks.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract language, negotiation strategies, and contractual risks.
- Maintain accurate contract records and workflow status within Salesforce, Apttus, or other CLM systems.
- Lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance contract efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools for contract review, drafting, and workflow automation while ensuring compliance.
