Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with interest or background in cyber security, law enforcement, or trust and safety.
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B Account Management role, preferably in software or cyber security.
  • Experience in strategic account and success management, including developing retention and expansion plans.
  • Proven experience working closely with end-users and decision-makers.
  • Ability to create clear plans of action to achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in negotiation and value-based selling.
  • Problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Own an account portfolio and be accountable for the performance of each customer.
  • Manage the full customer journey from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify customer risks by monitoring key metrics and develop tailored mitigation plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities to drive up-sell and cross-sell activities.
  • Develop, deliver, and execute success plans and strategic account development plans.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, success services, and product teams to drive value realization.
