Requirements
- 7+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience.
- 3+ years in SaaS enterprise environments focused on CRM, sales execution, or revenue orchestration.
- Proven success leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience designing integrations such as Salesforce, Seismic, ZoomInfo, and Snowflake.
- Deep understanding of data architecture, workflow automation, and AI-driven sales processes.
- Proficiency in MEDDPICC, Demo2Win, value-based selling, and ROI analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and provide deal coaching.
- Experience creating internal assets, playbooks, or demo stories.
- Ability to facilitate executive conversations and deliver tailored demos.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, influencing vision and technical direction for enterprise customers.
- Own the technical strategy for high-value, multi-threaded deals, driving discovery, solution design, and value articulation.
- Lead engaging, outcome-based demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
- Partner with AEs to craft win strategies using MEDDPICC, Demo2Win, and value-selling frameworks.
- Translate complex business processes into scalable, ROI-driven solutions and articulate the value of AI agents.
- Act as a mentor and deal coach to Solutions Consultants, providing feedback on execution and strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Enablement to influence roadmap priorities and build enterprise narratives.
- Create and maintain scalable demo assets, vertical playbooks, and industry-specific solution stories.
