Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing solutions engineering, technical GTM, data-focused delivery, or zero-to-one roles with ownership of complex technical outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, including EHR, claims, imaging, pathology, and unstructured clinical data.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate feasibility, structure ambiguous problems, and design scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Experience working across commercial, technical, and scientific stakeholders in fast-moving, discovery-heavy environments.
  • Strong program management and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with healthcare privacy, compliance, de-identification, and data governance practices.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action, ownership, and building structured systems in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery with healthcare vertical builders to deeply understand customer needs, use cases, and opportunities for impact, translating them into actionable solution paths.
  • Own solution design and feasibility assessment, defining whether and how customer requirements can be met using available or custom-built datasets and workflows.
  • Drive end-to-end execution across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating dependencies, timelines, risks, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the structuring, QA, packaging, and delivery of complex healthcare datasets across modalities such as EHR, claims, imaging, pathology, and clinical text.
  • Partner closely with commercial and technical teams to shape offerings, refine scope, and build a repeatable delivery motion for this segment.
  • Establish early frameworks for how engagements are run, from discovery through delivery, and continuously refine them based on real customer learnings.
