Requirements
- Active and unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in state of primary residence and Arizona.
- 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
- Board-certified to provide clinical supervision.
- Bilingual English-Spanish fluency.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one 10am-7pm shift per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care while balancing administrative duties.
- Oversee assigned therapy direct reports by monitoring productivity, documentation timeliness, and schedule utilization.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues.
- Support onboarding initiatives and integration of new therapists.
- Conduct bi-annual performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Participate in training, orientation, and quality assurance initiatives such as chart reviews.
- Contribute to policy and procedure development and resolution of patient complaints.
