Requirements

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, solve problems, and develop practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain findings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and analytical tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field (preferred).
- Experience in compliance, fraud prevention, legal, sales, customer service, or quality assurance (preferred).
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve performance objectives and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales behaviors across call center, in-home, and in-store interactions to identify compliance risks and trends.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative reviews of customer interactions to evaluate performance, customer experience impacts, and business opportunities.
- Identify patterns related to fraudulent activity, policy violations, and compliance concerns through interaction analysis.
- Utilize voice analytics tools and reporting platforms to locate relevant interactions and create valuable business insights.
- Perform detailed audits of customer interactions and employee performance using various data sources, including machine learning-generated leads.
- Support compliance initiatives through ad hoc analytics projects, investigations, and reporting activities.
- Prepare clear summaries of findings through written reports and verbal presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Create visual reports and data narratives to help teams understand trends and make informed decisions.
- Handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
