- Master’s degree with 10+ years of field experience, or PhD with 5-9 years of experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of species nutritional requirements and health management.
- Proven experience providing customer-facing technical support and training.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in technical writing for data reports and marketing content.
- Ability to translate complex science into practical, customer-friendly applications.
- Dairy industry acumen with the ability to work effectively across diverse segments.
- Collaborative approach with experience working across cross-functional departments.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Provide farmgate sales support including nutritional management and health consultations.
- Partner with sales teams and key dealers to manage accounts and drive growth.
- Analyze technical market data to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the sales process to grow control nutrition and sales of premix, additives, and Purina technologies.
- Create and deliver technical sales presentations at events, meetings, and conferences.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop strategies and create technical marketing materials.
- Partner with Research to provide technical insights for product applications and new product launches.
