Requirements
- Minimum of two years of direct legal recruiting experience for a law firm or legal recruiting agency.
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, including Salesforce.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Zoom.
- Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet and functional workstation.
- Ability to work evenings or weekends as necessary.
- College degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage job postings.
- Source and recruit legal and corporate talent to support firm growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for job seekers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Review applications, including resumes and writing samples, and evaluate qualifications.
- Conduct interviews via Zoom and document candidate assessments.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team on compensation, benefits, and offer preparation.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding tasks for new hires.
