Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical- or life science-adjacent field.
- Demonstrated experience establishing or governing recruitment strategy frameworks at a functional or organizational level.
- Established track record of recruitment strategy development across proposal development, feasibility, and study execution.
- Hands-on involvement in RFP support and proposal development relating to recruitment strategy.
- Experience authoring and driving trial-, country-, and site-level recruitment plans.
- Strong experience managing, interpreting, and leveraging patient recruitment data and metrics.
- Track record of prospecting, prioritizing, and negotiating pricing structures with recruitment vendors.
- Expert-level understanding of the biopharma-CRO proposal process.
- Thorough knowledge of the clinical research process, including site feasibility, activation, and enrollment management.
Responsibilities
- Define and continuously evolve patient recruitment strategy frameworks, standards, tools, and decision-making models.
- Develop trial-, country-, and site-level recruitment strategies based on protocol design and feasibility.
- Support proposal development by authoring recruitment approach narratives and integrating strategy into enrollment assumptions.
- Lead vendor prioritization, selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee and interpret recruitment data and performance analytics to identify risks and optimize recruitment spend.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to sponsors and internal teams on recruitment feasibility and risk mitigation.
