Requirements

- Proven experience scaling direct response products.
- Managed $50M+ annual ad spend with clear allocation and testing logic.
- Strong creative strategy skills with ability to define angles, hooks, and offers.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve creative output, testing velocity, or acquisition performance.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing funnels including landing page, offer, and CRO.
- Experience leading 5-6+ senior growth or performance managers.
- Background in DTC, performance marketing, affiliate, or direct response environments.
- Proven ability to sell individual products or bundles.
- Strong learning mindset regarding marketing, persuasion, and sales frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Own acquisition strategy and execution across paid, owned, and organic channels with a focus on Meta.
- Manage budget allocation across $100M+ annual paid media spend with clear performance accountability.
- Define creative strategy including angles, hooks, and offers to drive sales.
- Utilize AI tools to improve creative output, testing velocity, and decision making.
- Manage funnel performance from ad to landing page and offer, including CRO tests.
- Implement testing frameworks to measure incrementality and contribution.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior Growth Managers across media, creative, and funnel functions.
