Requirements

  • Managed $50M+ annual ad spend with clear allocation and testing logic.
  • Strong creative strategy skills with ability to define angles, hooks, and offers.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve creative output, testing velocity, or acquisition performance.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing funnels including landing page, offer, and CRO.
  • Experience leading 5-6+ senior growth or performance managers.
  • Background in DTC, performance marketing, affiliate, or direct response environments.
  • Proven ability to sell individual products or bundles.
  • Strong learning mindset regarding marketing, persuasion, and sales frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Own acquisition strategy and execution across paid, owned, and organic channels with a focus on Meta.
  • Manage budget allocation across $100M+ annual paid media spend with clear performance accountability.
  • Define creative strategy including angles, hooks, and offers to drive sales.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve creative output, testing velocity, and decision making.
  • Manage funnel performance from ad to landing page and offer, including CRO tests.
  • Implement testing frameworks to measure incrementality and contribution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of senior Growth Managers across media, creative, and funnel functions.
