Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Paid Social or performance marketing.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and strong exposure to TikTok and other social platforms.
- Proven track record managing and scaling seven-figure monthly Paid Social budgets.
- At least 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing agency relationships.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting and budget pacing.
- Deep understanding of paid social attribution models, conversion APIs, and first-party data strategies.
- Strong creative testing mindset with experience collaborating with creative teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring and scaling high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of Paid Social and adjacent performance media channels, including Meta, TikTok, native advertising, and AppLovin.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly media strategies, including budget allocation, forecasting, and channel investment planning.
- Lead campaign structure, audience development, bidding strategies, and optimization approaches to maximize CPA, ROAS, and efficiency.
- Drive continuous campaign optimization through structured testing frameworks covering creative, audiences, placements, and platform-specific tactics.
- Partner closely with creative teams to build testing roadmaps that improve ad performance.
- Leverage first-party data, conversion signals, and attribution frameworks to improve targeting precision.
- Identify opportunities to scale paid media investment while maintaining strong unit economics.
- Establish scalable operating processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices.
- Manage and mentor internal teams and external agency partners.
