Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in field services, service delivery, or operations.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers.
- RCDD or DCDC certification (Required).
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, network solutions, and/or field engineering.
- Deep understanding of copper and optical cabling methods and standards.
- Proven experience with data center buildouts and large-scale field deployments.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and PMO teams.
- Willingness to travel 30–40% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Execute and support Field Services strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Implement scalable service delivery models and standardized workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and technical professionals.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to performance, utilization, and client satisfaction.
- Partner with leadership on margin management, forecasting, and operational budgeting.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients and lead issue resolution.
