- Design and implement the national field patient access strategy aligned to COMP360 launch objectives.
- Build and lead the Patient Access Liaison (PAL) organization, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Define field roles, territory design, and engagement model across treatment sites.
- Enable treatment sites to operationalize COMP360 therapy including reimbursement education and billing/coding support.
- Identify and mitigate operational barriers to site adoption and scalability.
- Ensure field team is equipped to support medical benefit coverage pathways and payer policy interpretation.
- Partner with Market Access to provide field insights on payer dynamics.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Compliance, and Legal on operating model execution.
- Establish KPIs for field effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing insights to leadership on patient insights and launch execution.
