Requirements
- 2–4 years of immigration experience, preferably with exposure to global or multi-country immigration programs.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end immigration processes, including assessments, preparation, and compliance.
- Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with sound professional judgment.
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors.
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end immigration processes for a portfolio of clients and foreign nationals.
- Communicate with clients, HR teams, and foreign nationals to set expectations and timelines.
- Draft and prepare immigration applications ensuring adherence to SOPs and SLAs.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on work authorization and immigration matters.
- Monitor and update case status with immigration authorities as needed.
- Maintain accurate internal records and billing in the case management system.
- Identify and contribute to process improvements for operational excellence.
