Requirements

  • 2–4 years of immigration experience, preferably with exposure to global or multi-country immigration programs.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end immigration processes, including assessments, preparation, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with sound professional judgment.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party vendors.
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end immigration processes for a portfolio of clients and foreign nationals.
  • Communicate with clients, HR teams, and foreign nationals to set expectations and timelines.
  • Draft and prepare immigration applications ensuring adherence to SOPs and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors on work authorization and immigration matters.
  • Monitor and update case status with immigration authorities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate internal records and billing in the case management system.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements for operational excellence.
