Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce in a consulting or delivery role.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Clouds and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Ability to clearly explain Salesforce solutions and business value to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
- Willingness to travel approximately once per month to the UK or Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current and future business processes and translate them into Salesforce requirements and solution designs.
- Deliver functional and application designs across Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing.
- Lead or support workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
- Act as a key contact for both business and technical stakeholders during implementation phases.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, scoping, and proposal contributions.
