  • Proven track record crafting high-converting video ads and UGC content.
  • Strong grasp of sales psychology, persuasive copywriting, and buyer persona frameworks.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and extract actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, creative diagnostics, and funnel optimization.
  • Deep understanding of platform nuances and trends for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Highly organized with a structured approach to creative planning.
  • Strong collaboration and feedback skills to align cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English (B2+ minimum).

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategy for assigned product funnels optimized for direct-response performance.
  • Define angles, hooks, and ad structures using emotional storytelling, persuasive copy, and visual psychology.
  • Analyze creative KPIs like ROAS, CTR, Hook Rate, Thumbstop, and View Rate to identify and iterate on winning ads.
  • Conduct weekly AdBattery diagnostics to manage ad freshness and variety.
  • Design and execute A/B testing plans for creative assets, copy, and formats.
  • Leverage UGC and platform trends to push creative boundaries and scale performance.
  • Collaborate with Creative Operations, Copywriters, and Video Editors to manage production workflows.
  • Partner with Growth and Data teams to align creative strategy with funnel performance.
  • Provide actionable feedback to creators and content partners.
