Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance data to brainstorm effective ad angles and hook variations.
  • Write new, comprehensive creative briefs on a weekly basis for the editing team.
  • Own the creative strategy for assigned brand partners via a living strategy document.
  • Track ad performance and prioritize upcoming tests for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on platform trends, ad formats, and policy changes to develop new concepts.
  • Manage creative workflows for 3-5 brand partners simultaneously.
