Requirements
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Deep understanding of paid media principles.
- Proven ability to identify and create content that converts.
- Experience brainstorming ad angles and conceptualizing creative assets.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brand partners simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Openness to giving and receiving professional feedback.
- Demonstrated passion for creative strategy and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data to brainstorm effective ad angles and hook variations.
- Write new, comprehensive creative briefs on a weekly basis for the editing team.
- Own the creative strategy for assigned brand partners via a living strategy document.
- Track ad performance and prioritize upcoming tests for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on platform trends, ad formats, and policy changes to develop new concepts.
- Manage creative workflows for 3-5 brand partners simultaneously.
