  • Deep fluency in social-first content and platform culture.
  • Experience with AI tools, marketing technology, and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work quickly and solve problems cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in advertising fundamentals and creative storytelling for performance.
  • Experience with high-growth Ecommerce brands preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative concepting and campaign development across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Define and maintain the brand voice across paid and organic channels.
  • Develop compelling creative briefs that translate strategy and product stories into engaging content.
  • Partner with designers, videographers, and UGC creators to execute concepts with speed and integrity.
  • Drive creative strategy for product launches, brand collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Track cultural trends and platform behaviors to ensure content resonance.
  • Analyze performance metrics like CTR, hook rate, and ROAS to inform creative iteration.
  • Integrate AI and emerging tools to accelerate production and storytelling.
