Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance creative, ideally within an agency environment managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as improved conversion rates, reduced CPA, and revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in direct response creative, including strong understanding of hooks, messaging, and platform-specific performance dynamics (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong leadership experience building and managing creative or strategy teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable creative strategy.
  • Demonstrated success working across diverse industries such as DTC, consumer apps, or digital-first brands.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging founders, CMOs, and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complexity, context-switch across multiple clients, and maintain high performance under pressure.
  • Strong creative judgment combined with analytical rigor and a test-and-learn mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the performance creative standard across all clients, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability of output across platforms and formats.
  • Develop and continuously refine creative frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs based on real-time platform trends and performance data.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance creative strategists, raising the overall quality of analysis, ideation, and execution.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable creative direction that improves conversion rates, acquisition costs, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Oversee and improve the creative production process in collaboration with editorial and production teams to ensure high output and consistency.
  • Align creative strategy with influencer and creator workflows to ensure cohesive execution across paid media and organic content.
  • Own creative strategy during new client onboarding, rapidly identifying early wins and establishing momentum within the first 30 days.
  • Serve as the senior creative voice in client engagements, presenting insights, performance diagnoses, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of performance-driven creativity grounded in data, while preserving strong creative intuition and experimentation.
