Responsibilities
- Partner directly with founders and executives to align hiring with business goals
- Guide role scoping, prioritization, and hiring strategy
- Build trust as a true extension of the client’s team
- Lead end-to-end searches across engineering, product, GTM, and operations
- Drive sourcing strategy and candidate engagement
- Evaluate candidates with a focus on capability, startup fit, and long-term impact
- Close candidates and guide clients through decision-making
- Identify patterns and insights across searches to improve outcomes
- Contribute to refining Eleve Talent’s processes and delivery model
