Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or AI.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline or revenue rather than just lead volume.
  • Experience working in a sales-led motion, ideally with mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to build programs from scratch rather than just optimizing existing channels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and attribution.
  • Data-informed mindset with an action-oriented approach.
  • Expertise in using AI tools to improve speed, personalization, and marketing output.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with sales, product marketing, and content teams.
  • Clear communication skills to align teams around successful strategies.
  • Experience marketing to product, technology, transformation, or portfolio leaders is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or related categories is a plus.
  • Experience with ABM, outbound-assisted growth, or enterprise GTM strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive qualified pipeline creation across inbound and outbound-assisted channels.
  • Build and execute full-funnel programs aligned to enterprise sales motions.
  • Translate company positioning into campaigns, outbound narratives, and multi-channel programs.
  • Design and execute rapid experiments across channels, audiences, and offers.
  • Identify and unlock new sources of pipeline including paid, ABM, and partnerships.
  • Use AI and modern tooling to scale personalization, content, and campaign velocity.
  • Automate workflows across marketing and sales to improve efficiency.
  • Create scalable playbooks for pipeline generation and campaign execution.
  • Partner closely with sales to optimize handoffs, feedback loops, and revenue outcomes.
