Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking travellers and tourism clients via phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, itinerary modifications, and cancellations.
  • Handle customer enquiries related to holiday packages, hotel accommodations, flights, and tourism services.
  • Resolve complaints and concerns efficiently and empathetically.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party tourism partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and case details into the company's CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with the latest tourism products, destination information, and travel regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant tourism services and products.
