- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment.
- Self-motivation and strong organisational discipline.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking travellers and tourism clients via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, itinerary modifications, and cancellations.
- Handle customer enquiries related to holiday packages, hotel accommodations, flights, and tourism services.
- Resolve complaints and concerns efficiently and empathetically.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party tourism partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and case details into the company's CRM system.
- Stay up to date with the latest tourism products, destination information, and travel regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant tourism services and products.
