Requirements

  • Interest or experience within the energy or utilities sector is a distinct asset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer enquiries from Dutch-speaking clients regarding energy products, services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with questions related to their energy contracts, tariff structures, and consumption data, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to energy supply, meter readings, payment plans, and service disruptions in a calm, efficient, and customer-focused manner.
  • Guide customers through energy-saving options, green energy products, and sustainable tariff transitions in line with Eneco's environmental mission.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions, updates, and case resolutions within the company's CRM system, maintaining meticulous records at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex energy-related technical issues to the appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, providing feedback to team leaders on recurring issues within the energy service landscape.
