Requirements
- 4+ years in technical customer-facing roles with at least 3+ years as a Sales Engineer.
- 3+ years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise server backup technology and competitive data protection platforms.
- Proven experience with Cloud providers and virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Proxmox).
- Technical familiarity with storage technologies (SAN/NAS) and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls).
- Exposure to AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC) and Azure services (Azure VM, SQL, File, Blob).
- Understanding of disaster recovery and ransomware recovery principles.
- Ability to travel at least 40% of the year.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Existing technical relationships within Tier 1 VARs are highly recommended.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage technical relationships within partners to drive incremental revenue.
- Develop and execute technical enablement plans with joint executive support.
- Conduct technical workshops and deep-dive demo sessions to ensure partner self-sufficiency.
- Provide oversight and technical guidance during the partner sales process.
- Gather and translate partner feedback to influence the Druva product roadmap.
- Define and deliver formal and informal technical training for partner resources.
- Create technical content showcasing use cases and best practices for Druva solutions.
