- Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
- Group Benefits Implementation experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Implementation Analysts in a high-volume, production-focused back-office environment.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through coaching, development, and clear performance expectations.
- Collaborate on the coordination and monitoring of daily operational risk activities to maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for team prioritization decisions and explain these decisions to field partners.
- Develop and implement department policies to improve operational productivity and client persistency.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including brokers and field offices.
- Manage escalations and solve workflow issues to support corporate and divisional goals.
