Requirements
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD).
- At least 10 years of post-license experience providing psychotherapy.
- At least 6 years of experience in pediatric mental health.
- Experience with supervision and risk management in a pediatric outpatient setting.
- Extensive knowledge of CBT.
- Experience treating a range of diagnoses in children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Experience supporting therapists in assessing and managing mild to moderate risk.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfort using technology, including Zoom, Office, and electronic health record systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide clinical supervision to therapists, conducting regular individual sessions.
- Facilitate group case consultations and team meetings for collaborative problem-solving.
- Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation to maintain best practices.
- Ensure therapist compliance with safety protocols, documentation requirements, and ethical standards.
- Provide on-call risk consultation on a rotating basis for complex or crisis situations.
- Mentor and support therapists in their professional growth.
- Participate in quality assurance efforts, including chart audits and outcome measurements.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop evidence-based treatment approaches.
