- Lead recruiting for clinical roles against monthly therapist hiring targets.
- Manage and grow the recruiting team as volume increases.
- Stand up recruiting tech stack and workflows (ATS, sourcing, scheduling, reporting).
- Build analytics for pipeline health, conversion, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire.
