Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an inbound call center.
- Previous experience in financial services.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work 8:00am-4:45pm EST with rotating Saturday shifts.
- Must have a dedicated, private work area for remote operations.
- Must have reliable internet with minimum 10 mbps download/5 mbps upload speed via Cable, DSL, or Fiber/FiOS.
- Ability to connect directly to router/modem via Ethernet cable.
- Must reside within 50 miles of Charleston, SC.
- Ability to travel when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries using active listening, critical thinking, and probing skills for first call resolution.
- Answer inbound phone inquiries timely, accurately, and professionally.
- Respond to general inquiries regarding accounts, including balances, transactions, transfers, stop payments, and loan inquiries.
- Provide tier one digital banking support, including password resets and MFA troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with debit card support, including research, blocking, reissuing, and Reg-E disputes.
- Promote virtual branch solutions to customers.
- Maintain security of customer information and perform authentication on each call.
