Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years in a customer service role.
- 1 year customer service in a Contact Center setting (preferred).
- Proficiency using Windows-based applications.
- Proficiency using Google Suite.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (preferred).
- Working knowledge of call center systems and/or workflows (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Use multiple systems simultaneously to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Research and reconcile problems by clarifying concerns and determining root causes.
- Address customer complaints effectively, offering suitable solutions and alternatives.
- Engage customers in reconsidering cancellation to retain loyalty.
- Correct and update customer information accurately to maintain reliable records.
- Document customer requests and actions in the account.
- Efficiently fulfill customer order requests to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with order status and shipping inquiries.
- Meet standard contact center performance metrics.
- Provide feedback to management regarding products and trends.
