Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Aptitude in computer applications and networks
- Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and think analytically
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Responsibilities
- Answer calls from customers looking to setup service jobs
- Set up new customer accounts and locations
- Verify and update existing customer account and location information
- Record detailed job scheduling information to book unassigned jobs
- Collaborate with DSR to provide missing details on booked jobs
- Coordinate with DST to handle customer scheduling inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned and as time allows
