Requirements
- 2 years work experience as an Account Manager or in a Customer Service Role.
- 2 years of outside sales experience is preferred.
- Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- College level mathematics and algebra skills preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Proficiency with Email, Microsoft Suite, Google Workplace, Zoom, Excel, and Calendar.
- Ability to work productively in a remote office setting with minimal oversight.
- Ability to multitask and maintain sharp attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to attend trade shows, conventions and conferences (15-25% travel).
- Availability for occasional communication via phone, email, or text on weekends and evenings.
- Must have access to speedy, reliable home internet.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Customer Experience process to preserve and enhance customer contracts, relationships, and experience.
- Actively engage with key customer decision-makers to identify needs and resolve roadblocks.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR and Finance to solve customer concerns.
- Maintain and report an accurate forecast of renewals within the assigned territory.
- Negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align with customer needs and financial requirements.
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize customer growth.
- Analyze agreements and calculate new billing rates for changes in service.
- Retain and renew annual client contracts while meeting retention goals.
