  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior generalist or leadership role.
  • Experience supporting organizations through significant growth and increasing complexity.
  • Strong generalist experience across employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and talent acquisition.
  • Experience directly managing and developing employees or small teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate sensitive situations with judgment, maturity, and empathy.
  • Experience balancing strategic thinking with practical day-to-day HR execution.
  • Proactive, systems-oriented, and highly organized approach to building scalable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to understand employee experience and team dynamics.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen culture, including onboarding, training, team gatherings, and org-wide rituals.
  • Coach managers on feedback, accountability, and navigating complex people situations.
  • Oversee HR operations, systems, and compliance across a multi-state workforce.
  • Manage the compensation framework and annual review processes to ensure equity and competitiveness.
  • Manage and develop the People Operations Generalist and evolve talent acquisition strategies.
