- 7+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior generalist or leadership role.
- Experience supporting organizations through significant growth and increasing complexity.
- Strong generalist experience across employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and talent acquisition.
- Experience directly managing and developing employees or small teams.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate sensitive situations with judgment, maturity, and empathy.
- Experience balancing strategic thinking with practical day-to-day HR execution.
- Proactive, systems-oriented, and highly organized approach to building scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to understand employee experience and team dynamics.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen culture, including onboarding, training, team gatherings, and org-wide rituals.
- Coach managers on feedback, accountability, and navigating complex people situations.
- Oversee HR operations, systems, and compliance across a multi-state workforce.
- Manage the compensation framework and annual review processes to ensure equity and competitiveness.
- Manage and develop the People Operations Generalist and evolve talent acquisition strategies.
