Job Details

Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written.
Basic proficiency in English for internal team communication and training.
Valid EU passport.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive banking queries.
Professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable, quiet workspace for remote work.

Provide professional, accurate, and timely customer support to Dutch-speaking ING banking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels.
Assist customers with a wide range of banking enquiries, including account management, online banking navigation, payment queries, and product information.
Identify and resolve customer concerns related to banking transactions, card services, and account security in a calm and efficient manner.
Educate clients on ING's banking products and services, ensuring they fully understand the features and benefits available to them.
Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed case records in accordance with banking compliance and data protection standards.
Escalate complex banking issues to the appropriate internal departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience throughout.
Consistently meet and exceed individual performance targets, quality benchmarks, and customer satisfaction scores within the banking environment.
Stay up to date with ING's evolving product portfolio, banking regulations, and internal processes to deliver the most current and reliable support.
