  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of lifecycle automation, CRM hygiene, and lead routing.
  • Demonstrated ability to define metrics and build reports for executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with UTMs, workflows, and campaign data QA.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership capabilities.
  • Excellent writing and process documentation habits.
  • Comfort working in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments.
  • Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing operations strategy and roadmap across HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, and attribution systems.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations for launches, events, and lifecycle programs.
  • Oversee funnel reporting, including PQL, MQL, sales handoff, and revenue influence.
  • Drive lead routing, scoring, lifecycle automation, and data quality processes.
  • Lead marketing operating reviews and provide decision-ready reporting to leadership.
  • Establish cross-functional operating rhythms with RevOps, Sales, Finance, Product, and Data teams.
  • Implement QA processes for tracking, CRM fields, and automation workflows.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, attribution logic, and reporting standards.
