- Demonstrated ability to define metrics and build reports for executive stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with UTMs, workflows, and campaign data QA.
- Strong cross-functional partnership capabilities.
- Excellent writing and process documentation habits.
- Comfort working in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments.
- Successful completion of a background check.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing operations strategy and roadmap across HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, and attribution systems.
- Manage end-to-end campaign operations for launches, events, and lifecycle programs.
- Oversee funnel reporting, including PQL, MQL, sales handoff, and revenue influence.
- Drive lead routing, scoring, lifecycle automation, and data quality processes.
- Lead marketing operating reviews and provide decision-ready reporting to leadership.
- Establish cross-functional operating rhythms with RevOps, Sales, Finance, Product, and Data teams.
- Implement QA processes for tracking, CRM fields, and automation workflows.
- Maintain documentation for workflows, attribution logic, and reporting standards.
