Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in English at a working level.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain financial processes clearly and empathetically.
- Must be based in Bulgaria with a reliable internet connection and suitable remote working environment.
- Genuine interest in the Finance industry, online payment systems, or digital financial services.
- Experience in customer service, client advisory, or finance-related support is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients using an online payment platform, resolving account, transaction, and billing enquiries.
- Guide customers through financial processes including payment setups, fund transfers, dispute resolutions, and account verification procedures.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate potential fraudulent activity or payment irregularities in accordance with established Finance industry compliance protocols.
- Ensure full adherence to financial regulations, data protection standards, and internal company policies when handling sensitive client information.
- Educate Dutch-speaking users on platform features, security best practices, and available financial tools.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and case resolutions within the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with technical support, risk management, and finance operations teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
