Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted go-to for team members and managers, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support
  • Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations
  • Ensure consistent and compliant execution of performance management and corrective action processes
  • Help maintain compliance across locations by supporting labor law adherence, policies, and HR best practices
  • Deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience, including new hire orientations and ongoing support
  • Contribute to a positive team member experience through engagement initiatives and clear communication
  • Support key HR programs and projects, helping improve processes and tools across the organization
