Requirements

  • 3+ years of human resources or related experience.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience with ADP and Lever is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department including maintaining employee files and documentation.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including scheduling sessions, completing I-9s, and hosting HR orientation.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and escalate to the Senior Human Resources Manager when necessary.
  • Execute and facilitate training sessions for staff and managers.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for benefits inquiries and oversee enrollments.
  • Assist with semi-monthly payroll execution with the objective of eventually owning the process.
  • Support HR projects such as virtual sessions, newsletters, open enrollment, and all-hands meetings.
  • Assist with recruitment activities including resume reviews and initial screening calls.
