Requirements
- 3+ years of human resources or related experience.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with ADP and Lever is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department including maintaining employee files and documentation.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including scheduling sessions, completing I-9s, and hosting HR orientation.
- Respond to general HR inquiries and escalate to the Senior Human Resources Manager when necessary.
- Execute and facilitate training sessions for staff and managers.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for benefits inquiries and oversee enrollments.
- Assist with semi-monthly payroll execution with the objective of eventually owning the process.
- Support HR projects such as virtual sessions, newsletters, open enrollment, and all-hands meetings.
- Assist with recruitment activities including resume reviews and initial screening calls.
